You can drop-in to the monthly Art Classes at Routes Gallery anytime, but there's an advantage to registering for the entire season! Pre-Kid Art Class (ages 4-8):
Saturdays from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Classes begin on May 12 and take place once a month on a Saturday. The last class is on November 3.
Dates: May 12, June 9, July 28, August 25, September 8, October 20, November 3.
Content : (To moms and dads) The purpose of these sessions will be to encourage a creative spirit through a series of encounters with Art, as well as refining various artistic techniques! We will be testing a diversity of materials and artistic processes to help the students guide him or her to an expression of oneself. (To kids) Want to become the artist that you are and have fun with art? Come on down to Routes Gallery! Just make sure you eat a snack before you get here!
Medium : Acrylics, finger paints, watercolour, gouache, wax crayon, pencil crayon, oil pastels, charcoal, mixed media...etc. Supplies: Please bring an old shirt to wear.
Cost : $100 or $15 for drop-in
